Somatic Body Exercises are simple and easy to master while producing amazing results. I utilize my knowledge and experience in Health, Wellness, and Psychology to teach you all the tools you need to master your somatic body, process bodily stress and emotions, and regulate your somatic systems for increased feelings of control and connection with yourself and the world around you.
These individual sessions allow you to work with a coach 1:1 to develop a customized plan for managing your experience of negative thoughts, feelings, emotions and stress in the body to increase vitality and well-being.
Coaching Sessions Include: Grounding Techniques, Somatic Stretching and Movement Guidance, Breathwork Guidance, and Special Focused exercises determined by the coach and participant. Session participants will also receive accompanying tools and resources for practice between sessions.
Somatic Coaching is not a form of counseling or therapy. These exercises are non-invasive and low-intensity and not appropriate for resolving clinically diagnosed traumas or conditions.
