This 9-week intensive coaching package will change everything you think you know about stress management, relaxation, and positivity.
Michael is a certified Positivity and Relaxation Trainer is uniquely qualified to deliver the evidenced based materials covered in this program.
Through nine 1 hour sessions, the participant will learn:
-How to activate Your Relaxation Response
-Set goals for wellness, stress resiliency, and sleep hygiene.
-Identify and adjust negative thought patterns to create more positive and adaptive thinking.
-Identify tools and resources for increasing stress resiliency.
-Learn how to use creativity and humor to manage stress and problem solving.
-Learn adaptive thinking for more creative problem solving and/or acceptance.
This program is intensive and designed to deliver 9 sessions over as many as 9-18 weeks. Coach and participant will establish frequency of visits. This session includes nine 1-hour sessions.
