What you experience as anxiety may actually be rooted in physical imbalances such as nutrient deficiencies, unstable blood sugar, poor gut health, chronic stress, inadequate sleep, or over/under exercising.
When your body isn’t getting what it needs to feel safe and supported, it activates the stress response. Over time, this can keep you stuck in a constant state of “fight or flight,” leading to persistent anxiety symptoms. Your body uses these symptoms to signal that something is out of balance.
