She is certified in Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery with Veterans Yoga Project, Mindful Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Medicine, and Warriors at Ease Level One Training, specializing in evidence-based, trauma-sensitive approaches.
