Isma is an experienced yoga teacher with over 8 years of teaching, training, and developing yoga educators. She is certified in Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery with Veterans Yoga Project, Mindful Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Medicine, and Warriors at Ease Level One Training, specializing in evidence-based, trauma-sensitive approaches. Additionally, she has completed an 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, enhancing her expertise in holistic well-being.
Isma is also a Naturopathic Doctor with a deep commitment to holistic health, specializing in Mind-Body Medicine, Women’s Health, and Performance Optimization.
