Learn how to choose recipes that are right for you, while not spending hours on end at the store or in the kitchen. We'll discuss ways to cut costs on groceries, use containers you already have on hand, and stock your pantry and fridge with healthy and convenient items you and your family will love! This is a diet and nutrition-related session at heart, with some time management tips and organizational skill suggestions peppered throughout.
