This package includes four sessions. In the first session, we’ll dive into the changes you want to make and establish short- and long- term goals to move you closer to your potential. During the remaining sessions, we’ll review your progress, refine your plan if necessary, and take additional steps to achieve your long-term vision. I’m here to support you —not to nag or judge—as you work toward a healthier, more balanced version of yourself.
