I have been there myself, numbing the pain and inflammation in my body that was crying out for help. For a long time I was choosing to ignore my symptoms and simply just "getting by" with every day life.

My training as a Functional Nutritional Therapist had taught me how to change this for myself and my clients. I believe that we are all intuitive beings. Our bodies, minds and souls all innately know how to get back to balance, we just need assistance remembering how.
I teach people how to tap into their innate wisdom and intuition so they can listen to what the body is asking for before it has to start screaming.

Before the Initial appointment, clients are required to complete health history intake forms, food/mood journal entries, and a detailed questionnaire to establish a baseline of information. These tools help me suggest foods, supplements, and lifestyle changes that will give you control, more energy, and fit into your lifestyle so you will continue to have long lasting success. I Integrate this slowly and mindfully while checking in on how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally throughout the program.

3-Month Functional Nutrition program
This includes 6 Total Coaching Sessions
*One 90 minute Initial Consultation (virtual or in person)
*One 60 minute Follow Up Consultation (virtual or in person)detailed follow-up including a few recommendations specific to your immediate needs and goals.
*Four 30 minute Check-In Sessions we meet every other week (virtual or in person) for the remainder of the 3 month period.
*Email support – for quick questions that you may have in between appointments during normal business hours.
