What is SomatIQ Breathwork™?
SomatIQ Breathwork™ utilizes a circular, connected breath pattern to tap into your body’s innate intelligence and identify areas where energy may be stagnant. By engaging this intentional breathing technique, the body naturally moves toward a state of balance and release. Coupled with curated immersive music, the breathwork session creates an environment where profound emotional, physical, and spiritual shifts can occur.

Participants often experience cathartic releases such as laughing, crying, yelling, shaking, or moving intuitively. These expressions are fully encouraged, as they allow the body to process and let go of what no longer serves you. This release creates space for the second half of the session, where a gentler breathing technique helps you integrate your experience and connect with your truest self.

What to Expect During the Session
Each SomatIQ Breathwork™ Journey is thoughtfully designed to ensure a safe, supportive, and transformative experience. The session is divided into three key phases:

Intake and Overview (15 minutes):
We’ll begin with a brief intake to get to know you and your intentions for the session.
An overview of the SomatIQ Breathwork™ process ensures you feel prepared and comfortable before we start.

Active Breathwork Session (60 minutes):
The first half of the session uses a circular connected breath pattern combined with music to help you release emotions, stress, and energy stored in the body.
You’ll have the freedom to express yourself in any way that feels natural, such as movement, sound, or stillness.
In the second half of the session, a gentler breathing technique helps you integrate your release and focus on calling in your intentions, values, and vision for your life.

Integration and Sharing (15 minutes):
After the active breathwork session, we’ll take time to reflect, share insights, and integrate the experience.
This part of the session ensures you leave feeling grounded and supported.

Follow-Up Call (15 minutes):
To support your continued journey, a follow-up call will be scheduled 3–5 days after the session. This is an opportunity to discuss your experience, ask questions, and explore how to maintain the shifts you’ve created.

What to expect in a meeting: SomatIQ Breathwork™ is a full embodiment experience designed to help you release stress, trauma, emotions and pent up energy from the body. It is a modality that utilizes your own breath to help shed the layers of yourself that no longer serve. SomatIQ Breathwork™ uses a circular connected breath pattern to tap into your body's innate inner intelligence and find the areas that need clearing. Coupling the breath with immersive music may result in different forms of cathartic emotional releases such as laughing, moving, crying, yelling, and shaking. All forms of expression are encouraged because it allows the body to move any stuck energy and create space for the second half of the breathwork session. A gentler breathing technique is used in the second half of the session to help you connect with who you truly are. Together we can use the breath to call in how you want to show up in the world, the changes you want to embody, and allow you to see clearly what it would be like to live your best life. Please allow 90 minutes for the following: 15 minutes for Intake and overview of the SomatIQ Breathwork™ session 60 minutes for SomatIQ Breathwork™ session 15 minutes for Integration and sharing Plus, 15 minute Follow up call 3-5 days after session YOU WILL NEED -> water, high quality headphones, a journal, a small blanket, and to set up a sacred space with your yoga mat where no one will bother you. Make sure you have room to move around. Try not to eat 1-2 hours before. Wear something breathable and comfy. I encourage you to create some space in your day after the session ends for a deeper integration!
