As a Health and Wellness Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Yoga Corrective Exercise Specialist (FYTM-CES), and certified Mental Health Awareness Yoga Teacher, I am deeply passionate about guiding people of all ages, levels, and backgrounds and helping others discover the inner kindness and profound grace for all aspects of themselves.

I am trained in body-based or somatic practices that help with self-awareness and well-being. I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities as a mindful and holistic approach to mental health.
