Session Structure and Pricing
• First Session: $50 (Only one time)
In our initial session, we’ll take the time to get to know your unique lifestyle and habits. We’ll dive into your current eating patterns, physical activity levels, sleep routines, and stress management practices. By understanding the full picture, we can set meaningful, long-term goals tailored to your needs and preferences. This session is all about discovery—finding out what works best for you in a caring, non-judgmental space.
• Follow-Up Sessions: $30 Each
In these sessions, we’ll review your progress and address any challenges that have arisen. Change is rarely a straight path—there will be moments of detours, setbacks, and learning. Together, we’ll find solutions and adjust your goals as needed. My role is to provide unwavering support and guidance as you navigate this transformative journey.

Additionally, I bring creativity and joy to food through my background as a cooking class coach and co-author of the cookbook Cuisine du Mexique. My global life experience adds depth to my understanding of different culinary traditions and cultural approaches to eating.
