After that, we will spend our time during each weekly session talking through obstacles you faced, share positives of the week, different nutrition options, you will receive 2 workouts per week with detailed explanations.
Our 8-week online fitness and weight loss program is tailored to your personal health and weight loss goals. This program offers customized strength training and nutrition tips tailored to each individual's needs, preferences, and lifestyle. In order to achieve physical changes, our program strives to highly motivate clients to take full control of their health as they receive support and guidance necessary for success.
Our main focus of this program is to help the participant improve their physical and mental health. There will be personalized strength training, designed to enhance fitness levels and promote muscle growth/muscle tone. Each participant will be given an initial assessment where I will monitor your form and determine if there are any muscle imbalances while you complete a series of exercises. I will record these sessions so once our assessment is complete I can go back through and look in more detail for any inconsistencies.
In addition to the strength training component, our program includes nutrition tips and advice to support the client’s fitness objectives. Participants receive meal planning assistance, helping them to create balanced and nutritious meals that fit within their personalized nutrition goals. Lastly, participants will learn how to read food labels and guide them to make informed choices while grocery shopping and dining out.
Our 8-week program is designed to provide maximum support, guidance, and accountability. Participants will have multiple check-ins each week and progress assessments allow us to track their growth and achievements. We will make necessary adjustments to if/when needed. This ongoing communication creates a accountability that is vital for maintaining motivation and commitment to the program. At the 8 week mark, participants should feel highly encouraged by their results and motivated with their achievements to maintain their progress long-term.
