In the discovery call we will discuss your goals and any obstacles that you may be experiencing. It will be an intentional time to learn more about each other. After that, we will schedule our initial assessment. In this first session I will monitor your form and determine if there are any muscle imbalances while you complete a series of exercises. I will record these sessions so once our assessment is complete I can go back through and look in more detail for any inconsistencies. Also, this would be a good time to discuss any pain that you are experiencing during exercises and talk through any concerns you may have.
Finally, after we complete the assessment we will schedule our remaining session times and days that are most convenient for you.
Workout breakdown:
-Dynamic warm up
-Main set of the workout - can include extra time targeting specific muscle imbalances as well as our targeted workout.
-The next phase depends solely on your goals and the initial assessment.
-We will work through a Stabilization Phase, then move to a Muscular Endurance Phase, and then Strength Phase. ----As we progress, we can discuss concerns and revisit your goals.
