Pursuit of Health + Wellness has an ultimate goal of improving the lives of its clients by providing educational and application-based one-on-one support in the areas of nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep hygiene, and chronic condition care/prevention. Regardless of age, background, or health status, clients can and will see improvements that have a positive impact on their health. The approach is personal and specific to the particular goal and/or health condition that each client wishes to focus on.
Having worked with thousands of individuals over the years, I have found that trust is the most important factor in helping my clients achieve their goals. I aim to convey my passion for helping and truly caring for clients in every session, and this helps build the rapport between the client and coach.
I understand that this is an investment, so you can be rest-assured that your time is valued, and I always make it a priority to provide high quality, client-focused sessions. All sessions are formatted in a way that helps each client reach their goals in the most efficient and sustainable way. It is great to reach your goals, but if the manner in which you got there is unsustainable then you will eventually be right back where you started. This is why meeting clients where they are at (health-wise) is a crucial part of our sessions. Another major focus of these sessions is understanding plateaus and figuring out ways to break through those plateaus to get to your end goal.
