That's why I created my Simple, Quick, and Nutritious Meal Plan! My approach is all about keeping things simple, easy to follow, and nutritious (and delicious!).
This is a great option to get you started on improving your nutrition. I'll create a 4-Week custom meal plan that's tailored to your goals and dietary preferences. You'll receive a recipe bundle, a shopping list, and meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I believe that some flexibility is important when it comes to nutrition. We don't want to be super restrictive, but we do want to make changes that are sustainable and that will help us to be successful in the long term.
Accountability is important, especially when starting out and I am here to support and encourage you on your journey to better health. As part of our work together, you will have access to a virtual food journal to track your meals. This will allow me to see what your meals look like throughout the day and provide feedback. You will be able to post photos and text. Together, we will work to create a healthier you!
