My one-on-one coaching was created with your individual fitness goals in mind. This session provides you with an initial assessment and 1 month of personalized programming to guide you towards meeting those goals. It's also designed to support you, encourage you, and help you to build long-lasting healthy habits along the way. You'll also have weekly check-ins, and access to me via text, and email.
We'll start with a questionnaire to get to know you and your goals. We'll explore what you hope to achieve and what might be getting in your way. Together, we'll develop a plan that will work best for you and your current lifestyle.
I'll provide you with a program that's easy to follow. As you progress, you'll log your workouts, which will help you stay motivated and accountable. I'll be able to see when you log your workouts, so I can provide feedback and help you stay on track.
The number of workout sessions you need and how long they should be depends on your availability and goals. It also depends on the type of equipment you have access to and whether you'll be working out at home or at a gym.
We can also track metrics such as your weight, body measurements, and step goals. If you are looking to improve your water intake, get more activity in on off training days, or improve your sleep, those are some additional habits we can look at tracking together.
My goal is to help you make sustainable changes to your health and fitness that you can maintain over the long term. This first step will help you get started. The physical benefits are great, but the internal benefits are just as important.
