That's why I created my 1 on 1 coaching sessions to be just the opposite. My approach is all about keeping things simple, easy to follow, and nutritious (and delicious!). Using an initial assessment, I will help you determine which meal options are best for you depending on your individual goals and lifestyle.
I'm here to help you reach your nutritional goals. I'll create a custom meal plan that's tailored to your goals and dietary preferences. Each month, you'll get a recipe bundle, a shopping list, and meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I believe that some flexibility is important when it comes to nutrition. We don't want to be super restrictive, but we do want to make changes that are sustainable and that will help us to be successful in the long term.
I believe accountability is important, and I am here to support and encourage you on your journey to better health. As part of our work together, you will have access to a virtual food journal to track your meals. This will allow me to see what your meals look like throughout the day and provide feedback. You will be able to post photos and text, and I will respond with personalized feedback. Together, we will work to create a healthier you!
