In our 6-month program I will introduce you to the benefits of numerous things that people with longevity have used to increase their healthspan. We will go over a new set of strategies. Each session you will be introduced to a new set of things to try for two weeks and see what works for you. Sometimes a combination is best. By the end you will get to explore what works best for you and learn a ton about what is possible.
