I got into wellness at an early age and in my life I found satisfaction in helping people have more energy, lose weight, reduce stress and live a life that felt more alive and nourishing to them. That's still why I do this today.
I customize my Health Aware program to you based on your health goals and unique body and life. We meet 12 times: about 2x a month over roughly 6 months- once every couple weeks. In the first actual session we do a consult to look at your overall life balance so you can clearly see what needs the most attention from one of 12 life areas that nourish people the most. Working together this way we have a clear map to restore your overall balance right from the start. This is about helping you see what your own answers are more clearly. By working holistically we can have higher levels of success at making positive changes. You can remove the blindspots that may be blocking positive shifts in the direction you want to go.
Each session will include a check in, suggestions to try and information to help you understand things more clearly. You will learn to understand your cravings and how food and lifestyle adjustments can help you have greater health & happiness. It's a chance to discover a new version of you. I will share recipes and Holistic Health Tips which are all information you can use to make positive changes in your health and life and find what works best for you. After 6 months we look at your balance again and see how far you have come in shifting your life and health.
