While committing to a 12-week package is beneficial for your success, I recognize that a long-term commitment can be challenging for some. This session offers the support, feedback, and guidance you need without piling extra stress on your already busy schedule. Your health and wellness journey should not come with added pressure. You are in control of your path, so feel free to schedule this session whenever you’re ready to move forward.
During the check-in, we will evaluate your current action item, celebrate your successes, and address any challenges you've faced. If you're prepared, we’ll also outline a new action step for you to incorporate.
Please keep in mind that there will be no additional follow-up between scheduled check-in sessions.
