This Online Personal Training Class will be customized personally to your ability, access to equipment (access to standard gym equipment preferred but not required), as well as your personal fitness goals.
Enjoy this one-time class, that will hopefully lead to us working together more in the future, and come with me as I will lead you and coach you through your workout!
This Class will include:
1.) Our first free intro session to discuss your goals, training background, access to equipment, and any underlying health conditions you might have that may impact your training safety and performance.
2.) 1 Guaranteed Workout Session with me, as your personal trainer, creating the workout of the day for you, based on your goals and needs.
3.) Live Coaching Feedback, Supervision, Correction, and Motivation during your workout session.
4.) Availability during the session to answer any questions you might have related to health and fitness.
