If you're a busy woman looking for guidance or motivation when it comes to exercise, you've come to the right place!

I specialize in helping women integrate quick and effective work-outs into their daily lives. As a health coach and a busy mom, I know the days are busy and it can be easy to put exercise low on your list of priorities. It's hard to find motivation when goals feel out of reach or when you're struggling with motivation and confidence. I am here to help you with all that!

I've been into fitness and exercise for more than 20 years but more importantly, I've been through the struggles of not seeing results, not being consistent and not showing up for myself. However, with some minor mindset shifts and changes in how I exercise, I'm grateful to be in a place where I really enjoy my workouts and results.

Being a trainer has allowed me the opportunity to share my passion. I've trained women who have all different starting points and various goals. The one thing they all have in common is knowing and appreciating that exercise and strength training are absolute difference makers in remaining strong and fluid as we age. Aging is inevitable but suffering can be optional.

Personal training online consists of demonstrating and instructing effective exercises while providing feedback specific to movements and encouraging you to reach your full potential. Depending on your health status and goals we will structure a plan to include exercises with the equipment you have available to you.

In the early stages of our training together, we will likely focus on good form and muscular endurance. This ensures that you are utilizing the proper stabilizing muscle groups to get the most gain from the exercises. It also helps to prevent injury when we start to introduce weights.

Post work-out, we will check in and set some goals for the week ahead. Consider me your accountability partner to help you continue your progress when you're not in session with me. If it assists you with completing the workout again, I will send you descriptions or videos of the exercises for you to reference. The more equipped and supported you are, the more consistent and confident you will be in reaching your goals!

What to expect in a meeting: Initial Meeting will include personal training plan and logistics, will also include a condensed workout. Sessions there after will include 5-8 Minute warm-up, 25-30 minutes of exercises demonstrated for you to follow along. During the 5-10 Minute cool down we will talk about the week ahead, your goals and answer any questions. After the session, I will send a video demonstrating the exercises again for you review and complete depending on your goals.
