Do you have fitness goals? Are you looking to transform your body composition and overall health, but don't know where to start in the gym? Or, are you a regular gym goer, but are having a hard time making progress and need some guidance? Then you've come to the right place.
This 90 Day Transformation Workout Program will be customized personally to your ability, access to equipment (access to standard gym equipment preferred), desired training frequency, and of course, your personal fitness goals.
This Package will include:
1.) Our first free intro session to discuss your goals, training background, and any underlying health conditions you might have that may impact your training safety and performance.
2.) 3 Months of personalized training programs, that include periodization and progressive overload, specifically designed to your goals, with attached youtube links to properly demonstrate each exercise.
3.) 3 Online Video Chat Check-ins between you and I at the start of each month (not including the initial free call), for me to explain the exercise program, monitor your progress, and answer any questions you might have.
4.) Macronutrient Calculation If Applicable. If you have the desire for me to help you set general Macronutrient goals (Carbs, Fats, Proteins, Calorie Consumption) then this will be included only in the Video Chat Check-ins, assuming new macronutrient values need to be calculated.
As long as you do not have any underlying health conditions that would effect this, and are not currently working with any other doctors or nutritionists that have previously given you nutrition guidelines to follow.
This Package WILL NOT include:
1.) Supervised Training Sessions
