Unlike directors, health and wellness coaches do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide specific medical or psychological treatments. Instead, we support clients by offering evidence-based information and helping them integrate medical or psychological treatment plans into their lives.
Focus of the Sessions:Healing Depressive Thoughts or Anxiety
Our coaching sessions will be video sessions primarily focusing on addressing depressive thoughts or anxiety. These areas are fundamental to your overall well-being and happiness. A typical coaching package includes 3 to 5 sessions, each tailored to address specific goals in your journey to emotional well-being. During our sessions, we will explore practical strategies to manage and reduce symptoms, build resilience, and enhance your coping skills. We will also delve into developing a personalized plan for ongoing mental health maintenance, and fostering a positive mindset. By creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment, we aim to empower you to regain control and find peace in your daily life.
