What to Expect at Your Progress Check-In

After Your Initial Visit: Once we’ve had our initial 75-minute consultation, we’ll set up 45-minute Progress Check-Ins. These are designed to help us ensure you’re on track and fine-tune your plan as needed. Here’s a quick overview of what you can expect during these sessions:

  1. Checking In on Your Progress: We’ll discuss how things have been going since our last meeting. I’ll ask about any changes you’ve noticed and how you feel overall. This helps us determine whether the plan we set is working or if we need to make any adjustments.

  2. Adjusting Your Goals: Your needs and goals might evolve over time, and that’s perfectly normal. We’ll discuss any changes that might be necessary to keep you moving in the right direction. Whether tweaking your goals or adjusting your plan, we’ll make sure everything still aligns with what you’re aiming for.

  3. Refining Recommendations: Based on your feedback and progress, we might update your diet, supplements, exercise routine, or other recommendations. The goal is to fine-tune everything to work as effectively as possible for you.

  4. Answering Your Questions: You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions or share concerns. I’m here to help you understand every part of your plan and address anything that comes up.
