I would love to work with you! This is my curated-to-you six-month long health coaching program. We will focus on your own unique needs, helping to heal your mind, body, and spirit. I will provide gentle but effective accountability, and hone in on what will work best for you and your body nutritionally & wholeheartedly.
I will provide a safe, sacred healing space for you to be your most vulnerable, to grow, to prosper, and to curate meaningful and lasting change in your own life. as your Health Coach, I will be here to support you, guide you, and meet you where you are at each session. Life ebbs and flows and not everyday will look the same. Each person is bio-individual, meaning everyone has different needs. As we work through reaching your ever-changing goals, we will be creating healthy habits within your life.
I will provide you with journal prompts, meal plans, meal trackers, grocery shopping tips&tricks, spiritual support, fun wellness activities, etc. I believe in intention, visualization & manifesting your dreams. The only person in charge of improving your life is you. and you so got this.
As a new client, you will fill out a comprehensive in-depth Health History form, and we will review it together. Once enrolled, I will get started on creating your personalized wellness program. As the weeks progress, I will continue to curate your program to your needs. I will be there to listen and provide support how you need it. Transform into who you've always wanted to be, in just 12 weeks!
