What to expect in a meeting: We'll review a Health Risk Assessment & Health History Questionnaire forms in order to ensure safe exercise programing. Forms include the PAR-Q + which is designed to assess an individual's physical readiness to engage in structured exercise, and the HHQ (Health History Questionnaire) which covers exercise history, eating behaviors and general lifestyle habits. Then we'll work together to develop a workout regimen that best fits your goals!
