Everything becomes more challenging when you're low on energy! Persistent low energy can impact us at a cellular level, disrupting our blood sugar balance, which in turn affects our hormones, sleep quality, weight management, mood, and daily responsibilities.
Over the course of these three sessions, we'll pinpoint what's draining your energy (it might surprise you!) and introduce simple tips, practices, and recipes that you can start using right away (many of them are free). These strategies are designed to help you regain energy, stay motivated, and feel empowered.
We will discuss strategies to enhance energy levels, including: maintaining a balanced diet (incorporating protein, fat, fiber, and controlled carbohydrates), staying adequately hydrated (dehydration being a top cause of fatigue!), and ensuring meal satisfaction to reduce the need for frequent snacking. Additionally, the importance of incorporating physical activity will be highlighted!
