What to expect in a meeting:
This meeting is meant to do the following: Understand your inspiration Understand your medical or emotional history Understand how you will know you have reached your health goal Understand your environment for support Understand your time goals. Also: Introduce the “Mastering Your Menopausal Middle Program”. During this self-paced next 10 days we are going to learn how to resurrect compassion for ourselves and use it to inspire, motivate, and take us from hormonal havoc to hormonal balance. For the next 10 days we will systematically focus and implement step-by-step solutions. This Program will have three phases (10 Lessons). At the beginning of phase one, you will be provided with the food plan, recipes, and shopping lists for all three phases so that you will be completely prepared, as well as the shortcuts (quick and easy recipe alternatives) for those of you who prefer to keep the recipes simple. This phase will also support “Beautifying your middle with a 3-day bloat-reducing cleanse.(Lessons 2, 3, 4). Phase two will love your liver with a three-day fat-burning cleanse.(Lessons 5, 6, 7). Finally, Phase three will support “Adoring your adrenals (de-stress, deflate, and revitalize) with a hormone-balancing diet and lifestyle plan.(Lessons 8, 9, 10).
