Following the 15-minute discovery call, this is the introduction session to working with me as your health coach. The Health History is an in-depth, comprehensive form that allows me to get to know you to your core.
I specialize in helping people make achievable lifestyle changes that will improve their health, wellness, and mindfulness. I will help identify your goals and what you've always imagined your life to look like.
This includes listening to long-term goals you have, and explaining how I can help you to break them down into easier to reach, short-term goals to help fulfill your potential. We will review your physical and mental health & nutrition, family history, and begin the process of creating healthy habits.
If we choose to move forward working together, we will discuss my programs and which you feel resonates the best. Once you enroll, we will begin your journey to wellness! I look forward to meeting you.
