In my coaching program, each session lasts 90 minutes, allowing us plenty of time to delve into your goals and dreams. The first session focuses on building trust and understanding your objectives. In subsequent sessions, we'll work together on tasks and I'll assign homework with proven benefits. As you explore these techniques between sessions, new insights may arise, which we'll address in the following session. By the fourth session, we'll review your progress and by the fifth session, you should experience significant personal growth. You'll gain a deeper understanding of your goals and learn techniques that can be applied to any area of your life. Some clients opt for individual sessions for ongoing support, while others choose to book a new program to work on different aspects. My aim is for you to develop the skills to continue this work independently after completing the program.
