As a Health Coach, I believe that health is not just about the food on our plate but also about various other aspects of our life like social life, home environment, career, finances, etc. So, it is important to look at health from a holistic standpoint. As they say, you can eat all the kale and broccoli in the world, but if you are not happy, your health will take a hit.
In the initial session, we will go through your health history form that I will have you fill out beforehand and discuss what your goals are.
During each subsequent session, we will discuss everything that is important for your holistic well-being like nutrition, physical activity, social life, education, career, etc. We will be meeting once every 2 weeks over a period of 6 months (12 sessions). Each session will be 45-50 mins. I will give you tips and recommendations to bring about slow, gradual changes to your lifestyle and I will be here to provide accountability and cheer you on. Together, we can devise plans and doable strategies to help you achieve your wellness goals. I believe that we are all capable of helping ourselves and sometimes we just need a little push.
