Our first session will be a health history session where we will go over your entire whole health history that will be outlined by a form that I will send you beforehand. Then, we will discuss exactly what your goals are, what you feel you need the most help with, and what you wish to get out of a health coaching program. This is the initial consultation and it is free.
After the initial session, you will have 12 additional sessions. They will be bi-monthly over the course of 6 months. In each session we will focus on whatever you are needing the most help with at that time.
Common issue areas that I can help clients with:
- Implementing lifestyle changes in a stainable way
- Creating healthy habits
- Learning how to meal plan/meal prep
- Connecting the dots between different health issues and discovering what could be causing them
- 1 on 1 support as you learn how to change habits that are not serving you
The biggest thing is my job is to guide in learning how to help yourself. I am not here to tell you what to do or shame you if you have some setbacks. You have the answers within yourself, sometimes you just need some help bringing them out! Change is not a linear process and I am here to help you every step of the way.
