I offer virtual personal training services so you can exercise anywhere, at any time.
Not sure how to perform certain exercises? Don't worry, I'll demonstrate all the movements so that you feel safe and confident when performing each exercise. We'll progress at your pace!
This package includes a 6-week training period with 2 live virtual classes per week!
We'll use Google Meets, Zoom or FaceTime for our sessions. Train anywhere, anytime, with my guidance, direction and support!
