During this session, you will be gently guided through various techniques to deepen your awareness of the breath, allowing you to cultivate a sense of presence and peace within. There's no need to strive for perfection; simply observe and accept whatever arises with gentle curiosity and kindness.

We'll begin by focusing on the sensation of your breath as it flows in and out of your body, noticing its natural rhythm and the sensations it evokes. Through a simple counting practice, we'll sharpen your focus and deepen your connection to the present moment.

As we explore the pauses between each inhale and exhale, you'll have the opportunity to rest in a moment of stillness and quietude, letting go of any need to control or manipulate the breath. Simply observe any sensations or thoughts that arise, allowing them to pass like clouds in the sky.
