I am a certified health coach with a PhD in Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, I specialise in Sports Injuries and Chronic Pain and have a passion for helping others to move more whether you are exercising for the first time or need guidance coming back from an injury.
I can offer individualised exercise and rehabilitation plans and help you to create appropriate goals to improve your health.

I have a holistic approach and will also give you relevant home advice and suggestions for how to take care of any aches and pains.

After that we will discuss your exercise options and come up with a realistic exercise plan. I will give you home advice on how to manage your condition and prevent flareups. Follow-up sessions can be discussed at the end.
