In this wellness package you will receive personal coaching during and after each fitness session.
We will go over your goals, set backs and challenges to determine where you are and where we need to get you in your fitness journey.
You will continue to receive coaching and accountability through out this wellness program.
Your fitness training will be customized to meet your personal goals and fitness level, based on what we discuss and short fitness test.
We will discover your strengths & weaknesses along with areas that need more focus.

Kratos means “Powerful” that’s exactly what you will train to be, stronger externally and most importantly, internally.
We will start your training with dynamic warm ups, move into strength training key muscle groups which includes mobility training to follow with HIIT Cardio bringing up your heart rate in moderate to short high intensity intervals and ending with a cool down, breathing techniques and stretching.
At the end of each session, we will go over how you feel, what was challenging and what you felt good about so we can take note for our next session.
Be prepared to move your body and dive deeper into your physical & mental fitness as we work together and break the barriers holding you back.
My ultimate goal is to help you create active healthy habits and learn simple ways you can get moving even in the comfort of your own home.
