Wellness coaching focuses on physical and mental health goals. The primary objective is to help you develop habits that fit and improve your overall lifestyle. You decide on specific personal goals, like eating healthier, lowering stress, and getting better sleep. You will create a sustainable improvement in your well-being through targeted lifestyle changes. I will help you transition into a routine that prioritizes your health and wellness.
I will be sure to follow through on the plan you devise. I will ask powerful questions about healthy living, but I cannot provide advise, or provide therapy or diagnose in a coaching session- because of guidelines set in place by International Coaching Federation. The purpose of coaching is to help you devise your goals and develop strategies and actions steps to accomplish them. On average, it takes ~90 days for a new habit to form. Hence I offer packages 9 session for 3 months. If you're trying to adopt multiple new habits at once, you'll need to work with a coach for longer. Additional session can be added on for $150 each if needed.
