It really isn't that hard. I will coach you to create a personalized weekly menu plan, after an initial consultation, to better understand your current situation.
We will discuss your current eating habits, why and what you would like to change, the foods and ingredients you love and want them incorporated and those you absolutely could live without.
We will make sure to create those weekly menu plans according to your health and needs. So apart from choosing locally accessible and budget-friendly ingredients, we will also create a plan according the amount of calories you need to consume on a daily basis.

15 minute consultation: FREE
30 minute consultation: to better learn about your needs and likes
30 minute consultation: to explain the weekly plan I create for you after our first two consultations.
15 minute consultation: after the first week on the menu plan.
IF you choose to keep on wanting menu planners, the charge will, then forward only be $30 per week.
