What to expect in a meeting: At the initial meeting, we first discuss any health issues and concerns. We will talk about what you eat, why you eat, your lifestyle, and your goals. We will then work together to see how you can make better choices without feeling deprived and that will be easy for you to do. We will constantly evaluate how you did, what you did, your feelings, and how we can make adjustments and move forward to achieve your goals. You will learn the principles of Mindfulness and how to incorporate them into your eating habits. You will be expected to keep a journal.
