Your Identity Outside of Parenting with Samantha

In this session, we will work on ways to help you reconnect with yourself and what makes you, feel like you again. As we grow older and step into new roles within our families, careers, marriages or as parents, along with all the happiness that these relationships can bring, we can also feel like we have lost a bit of our “old selves” or no longer identify with what brings us joy and passion outside of being a parent. My goal is to help you identify actions that will bring you enjoyment through focusing on your strengths and capabilities. I believe that finding your inner confidence can help you toward any goal that you set forth for yourself no matter what stage of life you are in. Let's rediscover what makes you, feel like you again.
