Sign up for a life changing session to create your own customized meal plan with a dietitian. We'll work together to develop a meal plan and wellness strategy that will promote optimal health! I am a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist here to provide expert guidance in your quest for overall wellness.

We will use state of the art professional nutrition software together to search for healthy meals and recipes that fit your tastes and goals. Your plan can be crafted to meet a chosen calorie level and a preferred meal schedule. Your search can also be tailored to eliminate or include certain ingredients. It can be refined by diet type (ex., gluten free, Mediterranean) or cooking ease. Detailed nutrition data for the entire meal plan will be provided and a coordinated grocery shopping list will be created at the same time. It's truly life changing and incredibly fun! Whether your goal is weight loss, better blood sugar control or improved blood pressure, etc. meal planning with a dietitian can support your objectives.

Your meal plan will be sent via email upon conclusion of the session in a PDF. Book additional sessions for follow up in order to change your plan with guided help. Meal planning is a proven way to help make progress in your efforts to eat healthier.

It doesn’t have to be hard to meet with a dietitian!
