What to expect in a meeting:
Before logging into the session, make sure you are in a quiet environment and dressed comfortably. Once you log in we will begin the session with a simple breathing exercise. I will then begin the Reiki session. Your job will be to release, heal, and be rejuvenated. The goal of the session is for your leave the feeling lighter than when you logged in.
