Individualized: This is a comprehensive program, individualized to you, that works. It’s simple and effective by considering all the personal factors and movement assessment to address your goals and compensatory movement patterns. Increase performance for daily life or sport and reduce risk of injury.
Evidence-Based Practice: Programs are backed by the latest research, paired with 10 years of experience. I have and M.S. in Kinesiology and B.S. in Exercise Science with certifications in corrective exercise, functional movement systems, and functional capacity screen. I keep up with the latest research and literature and consult with colleagues on the best training methods to deliver you results. I can’t do the work for you, but I can set you up for success with evidence-based practices.
Accountability and Flexibility: The program is designed to be flexible to your schedule and life’s chaos, while acting as an accountability partner to ensure you reach your goals. Life is busy and you can accomplish a lot in a 30–45-minute workout, that is just as effective and doesn’t require you to be in the gym for 90 minutes (unless you prefer that!). This program will be designed to adapt to current lifestyle – low barriers with maximum benefits.
How it works:
Once you purchase the package, you’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out about your goals, pertinent medical history, schedule, and lifestyle habits. We’ll discuss your preferences such as split days, full body days, cardio, and timeline if you are planning for a competition or event in your life. Then, we will review in a call and perform a movement assessment. During this assessment, I will be assessing your movement performance, posture, and functional tasks. We’ll discuss what I see and how we can integrate it into your program. This call will provide me with all the information to create a personalized exercise plan.
You’ll receive the 4-week program with exercise demonstrations and be able to track and share all your progress! We’ll schedule another call that month to review your program for accountability and address any modifications necessary. However, guidance is available via direct message throughout the month to answer any questions that come up!
We’ll avoid plateaus in your training and incorporate variety by renewing this package every 4-weeks with updated workouts and exercises. Doing the same workouts for months will not be the most effective way to reach your goals. I’m committed to walking this journey with you and providing guidance wherever needed – so if there is something specific you want changed in your workouts, let’s make it happen.
