Our minds are continuously running; we are constantly thinking about all that we have to do and all that we have yet to get done. Some may be stuck thinking of the past and some may be day dreaming of the future. It gets hard to take the time to just BE with our lives being so busy, as we are so used to doing. Only to realize, how this lack of stress management and/or restlessness comes to negatively affect our mental state, quality of sleep, health and our relationships with others, as well as with ourselves. Being still is largely an eastern practice and as the western society follows suit, we can achieve healthier lifestyles and an overall healthier society. Practicing mindfulness is just as affective as a standard drug treatment to reducing anxiety and stress. The difference, you ask: it is natural with fewer side effects.

What to expect in a meeting: You will meet with me for a virtual 30 minute session within a safe-empowered space. We will do an initial overview, introductions and create a wellness vision. I will facilitate some breathwork and support you in creating some mindfulness goals for yourself.
