Although I obtained my certification as a personal trainer about a year ago, I have personally worked out for well over 20-years. These one-on-one sessions will be tailored specifically for you based on our introductory call.
I will not provide medical advice throughout this session. However, it is my knowledge of the human body, the disease process, and the effects of exercise on preventing, managing and, in some cases reversing certain diseases that make me a highly effective personal trainer.
