Personal Training 4-Week Plan with Kourtney B., MD (Doc Be Fit)

If you want to safely build strength, increase longevity and, perhaps lose a few pounds – this 4-week plan is for you! I’m the doctor who works outside of the hospital to provide you with the tools that are proven to help you become strong, healthy, and fit. I’m looking forward to connecting with you to share what I believe are important exercise tips and habits that can help improve your overall well being.

Although I obtained my certification as a personal trainer about a year ago, I have personally worked out for well over 20-years. These one-on-one sessions will be tailored specifically for you based on our introductory call.

I will not provide medical advice throughout this session. However, it is my knowledge of the human body, the disease process, and the effects of exercise on preventing, managing and, in some cases reversing certain diseases that make me a highly effective personal trainer.
