You have signed up for the 6 months coaching special with Michelle Dornor CEO and Founder of Dornor Consulting! ($6,000 Value!)
This coaching program will give you 1 hr per week for 6 consecutive months. That’s 24 weeks of expert help and support!!! You must commit to and book your appointment consecutively every week for 6 months or you lose that week. Your booking link will be provided to you after each completed session. If you are no call no show for any of your sessions, you will not receive a refund. For any additional questions, please bring them to your onboarding and refer to the coaching agreement that will be sent to you.
All we ask is that you show up on time with a positive attitude, keep an open mind, bring a notebook with pen to jot down notes, and alert us via email if you are unable to attend.
You can cancel or discontinue these session(s) at any time for any reason.
Please notify us of cancellation in advance to give place to another client. Dornor Consulting also reserves the right to cancel or discontinue client services at anytime for any reason.
At the conclusion of your session(s) we ask that you provide us a review and feedback on how we are doing and also about your experience that we may or may not use in our client testimonials. We will not sell your personal information nor reveal your identity in testimonials.
Coaching is not a solution or replacement for therapy or counseling on matters of a psychological nature and cases similar to it. If discovered, Dornor Consulting will be morally obligated to refer you to the appropriate licensed professional for assistance.
As a part of this coaching agreement, you are giving your consent for me to store and reasonably protect your personal information. Dornor Consulting will never sell your personal information you provide to us. Your name and email address will be stored and may be provided to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) administrators and assessors for the sole purpose of providing proof of coaching hours to obtain and maintain professional accreditation and credentialing.

All sessions are virtual only and conducted on the Zoom platform. You must have a reliable internet connection on a capable device that has access to the Zoom application platform to participate in these sessions.
You, the Client, by purchasing this one time consultation/coaching service, acknowledge there are no refunds for any reason due to the short lived nature of one time sessions and that these sessions are for entertainment and educational purposes only. You, the client, further acknowledge that receiving consultation and coaching services from Dornor Consulting is not a substitute for seeking a licensed professional for therapy, financial/tax advice, legal counsel, medical care, and/or any circumstances that may be deemed emergency situations or outside of the scope of what Dornor Consulting offers in its products or services. If you are in danger or need police assistance, please contact 911 for help from your local authorities. You, the client, release Dornor Consulting and its Consultant/Coach from any and all liabilities that may arise from participation in these sessions which are designed for entertainment and educational purposes. You further acknowledge that results may vary from client to client and that no guarantees or promises are made regarding any results you may or may not experience from your session.
