You will be emailed remote session instructions prior to the initial intake. In this email will be the link to the Intake form. Please have this completed 48 hrs prior to our appt. so I can get started.
Session #1 - Intake Appointment:
Initial 45-minute intake appointment, a crucial step in understanding your unique needs.
Session #2 - Post-Session Review:
Following the Intake session, a post-session 45 min review will be scheduled to review activations and consider next steps.
90-day Follow up Intake via email
