This session would involve getting to know you as an individual. I endeavor to gain more insight on what I can expect from you as a client, your goals, objectives and how you would like to be coached.
The session would be guided by the following questions:
•Do you have the time, energy and desire to invest in yourself now?
•Do you have the support you need to make changes in your life?
•Are you willing to do the work that is required to accomplish the goals you set for your life?
A Personal Wellness Assessment would be done based on the Eight Dimensions of Wellness to determine the areas that you would require support and guidance.
