The goal is to partner with individuals who are willing to make lifestyle changes that would
enhance their health and well-being. I endeavor to provide health and wellness related information, guidance and support to individuals through respectful and unbiased interactions.
The foundation for my sessions are based on the Eight Dimensions of Wellness: Physical, Mental/Emotional, Occupational, Financial, Intellectual, Social, Environmental and Spiritual.
I endeavor to get to know you and give you more insight into the service I provide and how we can work together. A consultation and assessment session would be done to determine the areas of your life that require support and guidance.
Follow up sessions can be scheduled which would include:
•Evaluating overall health and wellness status; strengths and weaknesses.
•Determing a course of action.
•Developing a wellness plan.
•Empowering individuals to be accountable and support their efforts.
•Assessing and Evaluating Progress.
•Helping individuals work through barriers to change behavior.
• Providing guidance to help create lasting transformation.
