Most people do not have the time/resources to do all of the research and cross-reference the products they are taking to ensure they are getting an adequate amount, not taking too much of something they shouldn’t be taking, and not wasting money on a supplement that isn’t serving them.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS: You send me a list of all the supplements and other nutrition products (ie green shots, immunity drinks, protein shakes, mushroom powder) you are currently taking, a brief overview of your eating habits I will review all of that data and then we will meet and discuss my findings. I will let you know what you can ditch, keep, adjust, or add. This can be an invaluable way to avoid unnecessary repeat expenditures and unnecessary taxing on your body (which metabolizes everything!!). I hope this is something that interests you!!
